Bruce buys farm east of town as family moves in

F A Bruce acquired H Church farm of 160 acres three miles east of town and relocated his family on Wednesday. The property is described as one of the best in the area, with a price reflecting the high cost of homesteading. The Bruce Hotel lease was taken by Mrs. Samuel Tyler, formerly of the Oriental Hotel, who moved in Wednesday.
