Col E W Paxton, 65, died at his ranch 15 miles east of Roy New Mexico on Wednesday morning after a period of declining health. He was a Kentucky native who settled the mesa nine years ago, leaving his body to be interred in Illinois. His death is mourned by family, friends, and community leaders, with his sons Will and Seth and niece Miss Lill Wampler noted as helpers on the ranch.

Roy village ordinance license for shows and carnivals
