Officials report Mora County votes and note prosecutions by the grand jury. Leandro Archuleta, free on $5000 bail, faces charges for assaulting an officer and another pending case linked to the prior incident in the Constable’s district.
Department of the Interior Land Office at Clayton New Mexico announces Andres Archiu Jeti of Gallegos NM filed for five year homestead proof for E 1/2 NW and SE 1/4 SW section 18 township 18 N range 1 E. witnesses listed. Another notice: Moises Romero of Gallegos NM filed for five year proof for site 7.4 910 and 4 1/2 section 24 township 1 N range BI 6. witnesses named. Hearing December 11 1900 and December 18 1900 respectively.
Department of the Interior announces Leonor de Burgas formerly Leonor Chacon of Bryantine New Mexico has filed for a five year proof on Homestead Entry No 304 in section 12 township Ma range st. He will prove residence and cultivation before Manuel Mactl ney U.S Court Commissioner at Gallegos New Mexico on December 18 1906 with witnesses Manuel Lobate Miguel Garcia Eliseo Chaco and Jose Bargis all of Bryantine New Mexico.
