A New Mexico article notes over 1500 acres of cantaloupes planted from Portales to Pecos City with shipments expected to break records this season. Areas include Portales 250 acres Roswell 200 Artesia 300 Lakewood 200 and Pecos City 250, plus 300 acres of tomatoes at Lakewood.

The revised report on New Mexico outstanding school bonds is sent to U S Commissioner Claxton. Total bonds amount to 1 199 403 43 dollars with 246 000 issued in 1913. Albuquerque schools issued 194 000.
