Dr F B Evans returns from El Paso Texas reports wife improving in health. Numerous visitors and merchants call on Roy New Mexico townspeople include B G Tyler Floyd Ogden J H Hanson Murdock and others attending business and social events in Roy during the week. Notices publish land filings for Clayton district with multiple claimants and witnesses listed across several entries.
All persons are forbidden to trespass with livestock on the Upton Ranch in La Cinta and Burro Canyons with livestock to be taken up under the estray law. Notices name Manuel Busquet y Chavez of Roy for a 1908 hearing. Thomas T. Moore of Roy for July 15 1908 final proof. witnesses are listed. Includes general caution about trust and deception in dealings.
