Red Cross Reorganizes Auxiliary Unit Of Church Ladies

The Red Cross ladies meet at the church and reorganize as an auxiliary unit. Officers elected include President Mrs Grace V Gibbs Vice President Mrs Nellie Willock Treasurer Mr C L Justice Secretary Mrs Grace V Ogden. A canning demonstration by Miss Fuchs from State College Conservation department is held at the new Postoffice building with Mrs F A Roy bringing fresh vegetables for the lesson.

Farewell Party for Misses Rose Myrtle and Lola Renfro

A farewell party at the South Western hotel last Friday honored Rose Myrtle and Lola Renfro before their departure for Las Vegas to attend ji school this summer. Roy's young people attended and serenaded the pair with the group enjoying the merry occasion and lively frolics.
