Stray Horses Taken Up by W R Morley in Dall New Mexico
Wm R Morley, sworn August 29 1903, reports taking up two stray horses at his range near Dall New Mexico. A sorrel pony aged about five branded on left shoulder with long mane and tail, and a second horse about six years old branded on left thigh and left shoulder, both broken to saddle. Morley says both have been on his premises over twenty days and he has sought owners but cannot ascertain them. Justice J. Bian, Precinct No 11, witnessed the oath.
