Governor Hagerman issues removal of Leandro Baca as sheriff of Socorro county and appoints Misais Baca to fill the vacancy after an inquiry into charges. Misais Baca posts bond, Leandro Baca remains in possession until court orders possession relinquished. Executive order dated October 6 1906 declares vacancy and states governor cannot discharge duties otherwise.
