Boise Idaho Sept 14 A full and satisfactory fusion was arranged today and the Democratic ticket filed Senator Allen of Nebraska helped build the union with Chairman Andrews of the Populists Both wings of the Populist party are satisfied Resignations of Democrats Graham Barrett and Harvey were accepted New Populist nominees were substituted Glenn Jones and Jacobs The Populist ticket will mirror the Democratic and Silver Republican names The fusion is expected to secure a 10000 to 15000 majority for the silver ticket and support Dubois for the United States senate

Fire at Sky Lark mine boarding house burns Thursday

The Sky Lark mine boarding house burned to the ground on Thursday the 30th, with a substantial quantity of supplies destroyed. The cause of the fire remains unknown. Judge Lockhart Bord returned to Challis from East Helena Montana on Monday the 17th after five years there. Wells Bros. came back from Buffalo Hamp last week. Mr and Mrs Robt Morrison will take charge of the New Challis House next Sunday morning the 30th. Maurice Ashton left for Weiser School last Thursday. Boise City announces a new German paper the Post, a Republican organ. Boise cow has five publications, with four out of the field at the election. Al Yord and Al Brown were in town Saturday from the Blackbird mining district.
