Pioneer William Dunn Dies in Challis at 60
Pioneer William Dunn of Challis died Friday night November 8, 1895, at 7 20 after seven days bedridden with heart failure. Native of Scotland, he amassed a fortune from railroad car ownership and related ventures. No will found. He leaves two brothers in Canada and a nephew in Anaconda Montana. Funeral services were held Sunday in Challis and drew a large crowd.
