Robert Morrison states The New Challis House is strictly a First Class hotel with meals and accommodations unmatched in the county.
Notice advertises strictly first class board and lodging by Mrs. M Jose northwest of R N Hull Co store in Challis Idaho. Meals and rooms are described as fine with good beds and a table supplied with the best in the market. Rates offered daily weekly or monthly.
A Tennessee inspired poem opens a Challis page segment then shifts to mining reports. E Williams reports a new silver lead strike near Sullivan Hot Springs with prospect claims Petefish and Dryden and ties to Redbird mine.
