The document records a mining claim in Custer County with surface measurements, lode boundaries, and survey data. It names officials and dates, notes fractional lode acknowledgments, and references the register at Halley in the state, detailing corners, bearings, and claim statuses along with patent and publication notices.
Sealed bids are invited by the Custer County Commissioners Idaho for maintenance of county roads in Road Districts Nos 1 2 3 and 4 with terms two to three years from July 8 1908. Bids must be sealed and addressed to the Clerk with bond double the contract price. Also published is a notice of mining claim Beardsley North Extension and an application for patent republished for sixty days in The Silver Messenger Challis Idaho.
The Board of County Commissioners invites sealed proposals by July 1806 for constructing a drain tunnel under Hayhorse grade. Tunnel top ten feet below roadbed, two feet in face and four drains at an angle to cut the watercourse toward two springs above the road. Mouth closed after completion except safe water opening. The board reserves right to reject any bid. Attest: GEO. & KY Clerk.
Notice No 193 states Salisbury of Salt Lake City Utah has applied for a U S patent for the Beardsley North Extension Lode mining claim in the Bayhorse Mining District Custer County Idaho comprising 1500 feet lode and 0 surface width Lot 32 with field notes showing corner points and magnetic variation 18 degrees 45 minutes east beginning at corner 1 with lines given in degrees minutes and feet the notice date January 20 1806 Hatley Idaho.
