Mrs. R O Fowler, once an Idaho Falls patient now an invalid, was operated on at Challis Hospital for a discharging abdominal access. Dr Lynn took one hour and fourteen minutes to reach the bottom and used three silk ligatures. the patient is recovering rapidly. Clint Cannon of Stanley had a growth removed from his eye last week. Con Sullivan of Sullivan Hot Springs is very ill with pneumonia. Dr Lynn lanced his lung and drained over a quart of matter.

Attempted Sheep Partnership Fraud Ends With Arrest
Domingo Irato obtained a warrant for Pedro Albertero after a scheme to buy a band of sheep for 3000 with a substituted partner. Irato advanced 1000, Albertero withdrew funds, bought tickets to Salmon, and fled toward California. Sheriff Huntington pursued and arrested Albertero at Leadore to face trial.
