Bryan Letter on Initiative and Railroad Ownership

The Verdict will print a letter by William J. Bryan dated November 26, 1897 from Lincoln Nebraska. Bryan rejects government railroad ownership and urges focus on reforms, notes 1900 is too far ahead, and calls for united support among reformers while avoiding a single frontrunner.
