Notice of Forfeiture on a Lode Mining Claim in Idaho

Lost Packer Mining Co. files a notice of forfeiture for the ie in the Lode quartz claim in Lean Creek District Custer County Idaho. An annual 1905 assessment of 160 dollars is due with costs of 15 dollars, and thirty three dollars and thirty three cents remains to be paid within ninety days after publication or the claimant’s right to the claim is forfeited. The notice is dated February 15 1906 and signed by agent John B Hopes.
