Dilley Dies in Bellevue After Illness

S B Dilley, 67, a Idaho pioneer and long time public official from Ohio, died Saturday morning in Bellevue after a stomach illness. He helped found Rocky Bar in 1862 and served as Justice of the Peace, twice in the Idaho legislature, Probate Judge and County Treasurer. The article notes the Loud bill to create a national trust to regulate public intelligence is revived in Congress and claims it would threaten liberties.
