In Challis Idaho on a Wednesday evening in June 1904 Miss Ethel Chivers and Mr Lee Kerr were married at the brides parents home with Rev N R Curtis officiating. Attendants were Miss Julia Peck and James Kerr. Family and one friend attended as flowers decorated the parlor and the couple received modest presents.
Clyta Crampton aged about 18 months, only child of Mr and Mrs E Crampton, died at home in Challis on Thursday morning June 16 1904. The funeral, well attended, was held from the I O O F hall on Friday afternoon June 17.

The action arises from a Montana judgment and notes nonpayment since August 15, with 1.08 plus interest due. If the defendant fails to respond within the allotted time, judgment by default will be entered in favor of the plaintiffs.
