In Mackay Idaho Custer County a constable sale is announced under an execution issued January 16 1906 in favor of W H Warren against W B Wallace. It covers half lot 1 block 3 in original Mackay with listed household items and tools and a trunk and bedstead. Sale set for February 28 1906 at 1 pm in front of the described lot for cash. Yankee Fork correspondent reports a snowslide on Mt Estes at Montana Development Co tunnel January 16 killed two miners and buried the boiler room. Engineer John West survived. Peter McCullough and William McMahon died. Bodies recovered after several days. Burial planned at Bonanza cemetery January 24. Snowstorm began January 15, three feet of snow. A spark from the hotel or drug store ignited a rooftop blaze at Challis on Wednesday afternoon. A few buckets of water halted the flames, narrowly avoiding a larger town-wide disaster.

Notice served as copy admitted January 13 1906 with first publication January 16 1906 four weeks.

The court schedules a February 26 hearing at Challis to determine if an order to sell should be granted. Publication of the notice is required for four weeks in the Silver Messenger.
