The January 11 1904 Custer county Idaho board meeting at Challis selected 150 names from poll books to serve as trial jurors for the year 1904. The list includes Mackay McCann Francisco Fitch and many others across Challis Stanley and Custer with notes on bids for county printing and a hospital contract.

Bert Martin the popular baritone presents a Biograph illustrated songs and moving picture concert tonight at the 0 0 P Hall. Robert J. Zilkey narrowly escaped serious injury at Mackay lithograph when he attempted to thaw powder on a stove. The powder ignited and exploded, leaving him with cuts to the head and face, not regarded as dangerous.
