Bids must detail all specs for stone or lumber construction, inch plank, iron spikes, and 2x6 ceiling boards, with sealed proposals marked Pro gramne for Houston Jail due by April 10, 180. Notice informs John W. Garratt that under Section 2m of the Revised Statutes John Dudley, co-owner, claims forfeiture of shares in the California, Wm J Bryans, and Trade Dollar located in Yankee Fork Mining District Idaho after expending 300 dollars in labor. Garratt owns half shares. if payment or dispute not resolved, his interest will be forfeited and become property of the co-owner. Publication fees five dollars. First publication January 17.
