In the Sixth Judicial District of Idaho, Charles Haney sues Carlo Gossi in Custer County to quiet title on a land parcel. The complaint, dated February 15, 1907, references Desert claim No. 817 filed October 1, 1902, south of James R. Papworth’s ranch.
A civil suit requests a decree declaring the plaintiff owner of unsurveyed land on the Hast Fork of the Salmon River north of the Tom Beach ranch. It alleges the defendant claims an adverse interest, notes a 1907 ownership, and seeks to dissolve an execution sale threat, enjoin sheriff sale, and bar all future claims.
