A subcommittee of all County Superintendents is to draft needed legislation and present bills at the next meeting. They plan a theory and art exam reference from White's Art of Teaching. Funds for a St Louis Exposition exhibit are to be raised by counties or districts. 8x10 inch photos will be supplied. Mr. Myers to finish Idaho views. Idaho County superintendents at a December 1903 meeting authorized the State Superintendent to hire two instructors for county institutes lasting six days each for one year. Aimed to start around August 15, 1904, the plan requires counties to submit outlines of needed work and preferred timing. Committees were named to prepare programs and study school legislation for Boise meetings.
