McGraw Convicted of Rape In Idaho Case
W B McGraw has been convicted of rape involving Florence Cartwright, an orphan girl who lived in Challis and later near Kendrick Idaho. The assault occurred September 6 1896 and a child born in June 1897 resulted from the relationship. Uncle H C Maxwell, the girl’s relative, secured the arrest.
