Probate Court sale of an undivided 1/2 interest in the Ibex quartz mining claim and 1/3 interest in the Davitt quartz mining claim on Thompson Creek, 18 miles above Clayton, Custer County Idaho. In the Probate Court of Custer County Idaho the estate of Richard Fitzgerald deceased offers at private sale an undivided one half interest in the Ibex quartz mining claim and an undivided one third interest in the Davitt quartz mining claim. The properties lie on Thompson Creek about 16 miles above Clayton. Sale after September 9, 1906 bids at R N Hull Chalils Idaho. Ten percent down with balance on court confirmation. Richmond N Hull administrator. First publication August 30 1908.
Notice lists established precincts in Custer County with polling places and appointed election judges and clerks. Houston, Battle Ground, Challis, Bayhorse, Clayton, Donanza, Custer, Stanly, VatsamaroI, Usol precincts each designate watershed boundaries, polling sites such as saloon buildings, schoolhouses, county court rooms, and Miners' Union hall, plus named judges and clerks for administration.

Dr and Mrs J S Meyer and daughter hosted a lawn croquet gathering for about sixty guests last Thursday night. Lantern lit lawn scenes, moonlight, social games, and piano duets by Miss Mary Meyer and Mr F A Reed created a memorable evening in the city’s social circle.
