Springs called Sullivan Hot Springs lie 7 2/5 miles above Clayton on Salmon river bank. Waters temperate and medicinal with sulphur aroma, a growing resort for invalids and pleasure seekers. Owner Sullivan adds guest comforts, daily carriage service, round trips available for 50 cents, two plunge baths completed with more to come.
Promises riches from Cripple Creek gold ventures. Offers limited 1,000,000 share Colorado incorporation with par value 1. Shares sold in blocks not under 100, price to rise to 6 cents after 50,000 sold. Descriptive pamphlet and weekly market letter available on request.
General examination to be held at the Court House in Challis on Thursday and Friday August 26 and 27 1897. All teachers interested are requested to attend. A C Bomar County Superintendent.
Probate Judge A C Bomar states all town lot deeds granted on the Chalistown site and acknowledged before Cam T Zeigler are worthless, with an option for holders to obtain new deeds within 80 days at $1.75 each. After 80 days the price rises to $3.50.
