The Silver Republican County Central Committee of Custer county Idaho will meet in Challis on Saturday August 13 1898 at 2 pm to select four delegates for the State Convention in Boise City August 24 1898 to appoint a county convention for nominating local officers fill vacancies apportion precinct delegates and conduct other duties per order of Chairman J P Spanina and Secretary Cuns Baker
The Democratic County Central Committee of Custer County Idaho met in Challis on August 13, 1898 at 2 pm to select two delegates for the State Convention in Boise on August 5. The meeting also planned a County Convention to nominate county and legislative officers and to apportion delegates, inviting all Democrats and backers of the Chicago platform of 1896 to attend. W.
