Idaho Livestock Tax Law Regulating Multi County Stock
The act establishes how livestock kept across more than one Idaho county is taxed. It defines home and other counties, requires owners to file sworn statements of stock numbers and locations, and outlines proportional tax payments, collection, and penalties for noncompliance. It also ties tax liens to stock and real estate and states the act takes effect on passage, March 6, 1897.
