Governor Hawley appointed Senator Macbeth as Water Commissioner for the Second Water District covering Twin Falls Cassia Lincoln Blaine Custer and Lembi counties replacing James McMillan who resigned. The office pays 2000 a year plus expenses and the Macbeths will reside in Challis. Ozizek and Nugent opposed the appointment but Macbeth is deemed well qualified to serve.
