Emergency hospital rooms erected at mines
The P. and R. C. and I. headquarters at Pottsville ordered mine foremen at Reliance Alaska and Locust Gap to build emergency rooms at convenient mine points. Four rooms at Locust Gap, two at Reliance and one at Alaska have steam heated couches and medical supplies. Foremen will receive first aid instruction as the company accelerates compliance despite past delays.
