Additional spawn in a pond may lead to draining the pond to recover them. As they grow they will be released into county streams within a year or two. A Crank Arrested Near White House
James Stricklin a 40 year old man from Cumberland Maryland was arrested by White House police after insisting on seeing the president on important business. He carried a large revolver and two hundred dollars. Stricklin had been detained before for similar conduct and is thought to be mentally shy.
