Oil Man Davis Secures City Street Oil Contract
Davis a known local oil man won a contract from the board of works to apply black oil on streets where requested by property owners. He will charge five cents per linear foot fronting on each side, haul dirt away, and guarantee to oil one intersection per square free of charge.
