The current Green's Fork plant is small and local power now varies. new lines may begin at 12 cents per kilowatt hour, lowering to the Richmond rate after 400 to 500 customers. Washington dispatch says President Harding will attend two ceremonies at Princeton New Jersey on Friday and deliver addresses. He will speak at the unveiling of a Washington monument commemorating the Delaware crossing and later at Princeton University commencement where he is to receive a doctor of laws degree. He plans to return to Washington Friday evening.
