Boys Flood Court House Grounds With Obscene Graffiti

Kapp and married. his wife and mother are quarantined. Funeral held privately as illness limited attendance. John E. B. Peltz Adam H. Bartel Isaac Wilson and Lee B. Nusbaum from Richmond attended. He was educated locally then at Wittenberg College Springfield and a Cincinnati law school, admitted to the bar a few years ago and gained a strong criminal defense reputation.
