Fire at Imperial Underwear Co Factory Kills One

Horse Thief Headed This Way Near Greenville
Chief Bailey was notified this morning that a bay mare owned by Westley Mills, a farmer south of Greenville, was stolen last evening. Officers were instructed to watch for the thief. The mare, fifteen hands high and about 1,199 pounds, was taken from the Mills barn and hitched to a survey. It was not missed until morning.
