Mrs Flora B Wills sues for divorce and alimony from John B Wills late proprietor of the Peoples Dink Store at Bridge Cite alleging cruelty and disappearance this week. She accuses him of assault and battery and illegal selling to a minor and seeks restoration of marriage dissolution and alimony while he remains fugitive.
Tamnes Meliutherie to appear in reverry court in morning after a $1 fine plus costs for intoxication. He was arrested while armed with a rusty butcher knife. After serving the fine for the earlier conviction, he persisted on a charge of carrying concealed weapons.
William Woods, described as colored, is held on a charge of larceny for allegedly stealing a gold watch from Clara Rickman at 12 North Fourteenth Street. He denies guilt and is not identified as the well known boothlick.
