William Chandler Stidham aged 62 died early this morning at his home two miles north of the city on the Chester pike from paralysis. He left a wife Elled a son named Za mand and several grandchildren. He was born near Chester and spent most of his life in the community, widely known in Wayne county and Richmont. Funeral arrangements will be announced later.

Runaway on Richmond Ave Injures Woman and Horse
Mrs Reuben Rich of 34 Richmond avenue was badly hurt when her frightened horse bolted east along the street. She fell under the carriage wheels with a deep temple gash and possible internal injuries. The horse then collided with a coal wagon near Little's livery, suffering injuries before being stopped and taken to a veterinarian.

Bold burglars loot the Delta Delta House at Greencastle
Greencastle Ind Dec 7 burglars entered the Delta Delta fraternity house while students slept and stripped the house of silver and gold items including a dozen watches. They took small sums of money, valued at about 500 dollars, shared among many victims. Entry was via a rear window and departure through the front door. Detectives are investigating.

Winter Blizzard Disrupts Richmond Area Interurban Traffic
