Death of Dr James Turner Ended Noble Physician's Life

Dr James A Turner prominent physician in High Point and Chatham County died of heart failure caused by Bright's disease. He served as alderman and on the school board, helped create the county physician office, married Fannie Little in 1905, and was interred in Siler City after a funeral in South Main Street.
