Mortgage sale by Mechanics Perpetual Building and Loan Association due to default on a J W Warren mortgage dated March 18 1907. Public outcry sale set for March 3 1913 at the Greensboro Court House door to the highest bidder, with property in High Point township described by Osborn street Pitt and Reitzel lines and Penny and Pusseys bounds. W F Armfield as second treasurer signs.
By mortgage default the Mechanics Perpetual Building and Loan Association will sell for cash the lot No 18 Black Moon plat in High Point township Guilford County. The sale to be held at the Greensboro Court House door on March 31 1913 at 12 00 PM. Bounded as 50 feet front by lh feet deep per deed Book 198 Page 175. W F Armfield secretary treasurer signs for the association.
J F Hoffman administrator notifies creditors to present claims against Moses Naylor estate in High Point North Carolina by February 13 1914 and all debts owed to the estate should be paid promptly. The notice appears in a 1913 local column with stray advertisement text following.
