Mr. Stewart to Move Into High Point Theatre

Mr. W. E. Stewart has purchased the Royal Theatre in High Point and will relocate there to reside. Remodeling will begin at once to change the front and increase seating to 500. He will keep oversight of The Pastime in Concord, spending two or three days weekly there, with Frank Cline as Pastime manager. Stewart also has interests in The Dreamland Theatre in Chester, South Carolina.

Aged Woman Mrs Troy Dies at 86 Near Liberty

An aged and beloved woman, Mrs Alfred Troy, died last Friday at her home near Liberty at the age of 86. She leaves four daughters and five sons. A son, Mr C T Troy, died recently in Concore. Mrs Troy was aunt of Mrs J W Long of Greensboro.
