Three Months for Assault on 18 Year-Old Girl
A. G. Lamonds, a white man, received a three months road sentence from Judge J. Allen Austin for assault on Susie Stone, 18. Stone testified Lamonds, after visiting a dentist’s office, grabbed her wrists and pressed his face to her neck as she refused his advances. The defense offered no evidence. Stone and the dentist testified to the events. Lamonds is married. his bond was set at $500.
