Notice to residents and businesses on streets with sprinkling wagons. Due to doubled costs the city requires a minimum one cent per month per property starting July. Auto Owners Urged to Renew City License Tax
The notice warns all auto owners and drivers to renew the city license tax of 1.00 per year before July 1. The City Collector lists liable individuals and penalties apply to those who neglect the matter by 7:00 PM in June. Police will enforce the requirement.

Double Tracking Atlanta to Washington Line
Southern Railway aims to build a 649 mile double track from Washington to Atlanta within five years. President Harrison arranged financing for this South wide project.
