Grandma David Welborn on Rt. 1 Thomasville slipped on ice and was badly hurt but no bones broken. Court records show thefts and trespass rulings in city cases
In City Court Chris Welch was charged with stealing the entire morphine supply from Matton Drug Co through forcible trespass and given 60 days in jail with workhouse transfer if advised. G L Hagan was found guilty on one case and judgment suspended upon paying all checks and costs. Geo Bennett convicted of forcible trespass with suspended judgment on half costs and returning a pig.
