The price is two dollars per year payable semiannually in advance. Mail subscriptions charge subscribers for delivery. Minimum subscription is six months and papers won’t be discontinued until arrears are cleared. Ads run three times at one dollar per square with twenty five cents for each further insertion. Cash must accompany all advertisements.
Doctor Henry H. Krider announces the opening of a new apothecary in Bloomsburg offering a general assortment of medicines and related goods to the public.
Drugs and medicines oils paints glass petty dyke stuffs gums turpentine varnishes and related items offered for cash or country produce. Doctor Krider provides professional services to friends and the public and asks for continued favors through careful attentive care in Bloomsburg dated October 17 1821.
All persons indebted to the estate of Tobias Leighow, deceased, in Point township Northumberland county, are urged to settle by November 6. On that day the subscriber will attend the house of his father Mr James ion in the township to hear and receive claims. Those who neglect this will not be neglected by Percipher Lemon. October 6, 1824.

A $5 reward is offered for Abraham Steel aged about 30, 5 6 or 5 8, German by birth, who fled on Tuesday the 23d. He speaks little English and wore an old blue coat striped tow cloth pants and hat. Deliver him to the county gaol. charges covered by Sheriff John Unperwood Pancille, October 27 1821.
A notice to creditors announces an application to the Court of Common Pleas of Northumberland County for relief under insolvent debtor acts. A hearing is set for Monday November 19 at the Sunbury courthouse, inviting interested creditors to attend.
The subscriber informs the public that he has taken the Danville property formerly occupied by Mrs Spence and lately by William Hiesler and will run it as a house of public entertainment. He will provide good liquors and is prepared to accommodate gentlemen attending courts arbitrators on moderate terms. He will supply good hay oats and feed for horses and will pay strict attention to these duties.
Gabriel Leeser informs the public he will occupy the tavern stand on the Berwick to Eas ton turnpike formerly kept by Peter Stair about 10 miles from Berwick. He will keep liquors and provide accommodations for man and horse, offering cheap but quality services while seeking public support to cover losses. November 7.
At a meeting of field officers of the 7th Regiment Pa Militia held at William Brewer's house in Broomsburg on Monday the 22d inst the following appointments were made First Mate John Howe rk of Cattawisse Quarter Master Isaac Blue.
