Salvation Army Gains Converts in Shreveport Drive

In The Master's Vineyard the Salvation Army conducts services due to the pastor’s illness. Two conversions, one reclaimed result from Sunday, and two conversions, one reclamation, one sanctification from a Monday cottage prayer meeting led by the Army at Judge Hicks’s home. Over three months more than a hundred souls have passed from death to life. Despite visible success, local Christians oppose the Army’s methods, judging them decorum and creed, while John 9:49-50 is cited to defend their work.
