Labor Day Parade Shreveport Elects A Spectacle Event
Last Monday Labor Day in Shreveport drew a huge crowd for the grand parade along the line of march. Police led by Chief and Lieutenant, joined by unions, floats, and bands, then signals to the Fair Grounds where Mr. Randolph welcomed attendees. Speakers included Shepherd Hicks and others, with an evening ball ending a celebrated day.
