Mayor McKellar Hosts City Press Ride In Shreveport Tour
The press of Carhitaghis joined Mayor McKellar for an afternoon motor tour of city shops led by Chief Engineer Al Campbell. They viewed locomotive repairs, wheel machinery, and the Water Works with capacity details, plus a tour of the Shreveport Ice and Refrigerator Co. where executives Logan and Martin showcased operations and cider production.
