In Orofino Idaho a coroner jury ruled 16 year old Prances Vizena was fatally shot not by herself. Three youths and a young woman were held on open charges as the investigation tied the event to a Pierce county incident between 10 and 11 p m Sunday. The involved were Robert Burnett 18 Searcy Arkansas Benton Stracener 21 Beebe Arkansas and Catherine Taylor Pierce hotel waitress. Burnett admitted giving the gun to Vizena and firing or instructing her, while Miss Taylor testified Vizena never held the gun alone. The revolver was identified as Burnett's. The four were described as a pair of couples who had reversed dating partners. Vizena died from a gunshot wound at the base of the neck shortly after the shot.
