Coroner says Floyd Dyer a 29 year old Boise freight agent killed Alfred Baker a 26 year old California man then shot himself at Mrs Dyers Boise residence. Dyer and wife were separated and negotiating divorce. Baker visited to see Mrs Dyer. Dyer fired five shots then killed himself. The two boys aged two and four witnessed the drive after the event.
