Bishop Samuel Fallows presiding bishop of the Reformed Episcopal Church, noted preacher and author, died at 4:30 AM in Chicago after a month of illness. He led the church in the North American continent, wrote extensively, and once ran a famed nonalcoholic “home saloon” project. Survived by two sons Edward and Charles and two daughters Alice and Mrs Wm Mayer. wife Lucia Huntington had died in 1916.
