District Court Opens With Light Calendar

Judge Alfred Budge of the Fifth jundal district convened a docket with 45 cases. The criminal calendar is light. only two burglary charges feature against suspects linked to Shore Lane depot and a Short Line box car incident. Civil cases include Kun Sehapp vs Standley et al and Weeter Lumber Co. vs Morgan et al, among many others. Settlement discussions arise in Murray vs City of Pocatello.
